Located at 152 Mohegan Road in Abilene, Texas, this cozy retreat sits along the shoreline of Lake Fort Phantom Hill, offering peaceful water views while still being a short drive from the city.
Inside, the home features bright, comfortable living spaces with large windows that bring in natural light and lake views. The living room offers plush seating and a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for movie nights, reading, or simply unwinding after a day on the water.
The bedroom provides a peaceful place to recharge with a comfortable bed, soft lighting, and lake-inspired décor. The bathroom includes a double-sink vanity and tub/shower combination for convenience and comfort.
The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're cooking breakfast before a morning by the lake or enjoying dinner together, the open layout creates a welcoming space to gather. A washer and dryer are also available for guests staying longer.
Step outside and enjoy one of the best features of the property—beautiful lakefront outdoor living. The covered patio includes outdoor dining and a grill, making it perfect for relaxing meals outside. The property features an awesome separate entertainment building with a 55” tv and reclining for 6 people! Perfect for friends, children or
business associates. There is also a 100lb/day ice maker to fill your coolers to keep your food and drinks cold during your day on the lake!
For guests working remotely, there is also a dedicated workspace with desk setup and fast Wi-Fi so you can stay productive while enjoying a scenic setting.
